Tiger Woods was involved in a very serious single-automobile accident in California early Tuesday morning. Due to the severity of the injuries he sustained, Woods underwent surgery that same day.
In response to the 45-year-old’s crash, reactions began to pour in immediately.
Lindsey Vonn, the Olympic gold medalist who dated Woods from 2013 to 2015, took to social media to send her best wishes shortly after news of Woods' accident went public.

The accident is said to have taken place on the border of Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes.
At the moment, details regarding what precisely led to the crash are scarce.
This past weekend Woods served as the host of the PGA Tour’s Genesis Invitational. He was photographed with numerous celebrities, including former Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade and actor David Spade.
Woods has not golfed this season after undergoing another back procedure. Instead, he has landed in headlines for more humanizing things like publicly introducing his son to the game and speaking candidly about the last few years of his career. Somehow, even when he wasn’t out there winning tournaments, the soon-to-be Hall of Famer found a way to keep fans enthralled.
Based on the severity of this incident and the fact that he is still healing from the lingering back issues, it seems unlikely that fans will see the golfing legend on the green anytime soon.
